Servings: 2
Ingredients:
- 1 Pound of Beef Tenderloin or Beef Shank
- 1 onion quartered
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 2 tablespoons patis (fish sauce)
- 2 Corn Cobs cut into Four
- 2 Potatoes
- 1 Medium Size Bokchoy
- Salt to taste
- Onion Spring to Garnish
Instructions:
Add the onion, peppercorns and Fish Sauce.
Reduce the heat to medium low, simmer until the meat is tender (4-5 hours under pressure cooker).
Add Corn Cobs and Potatoes and simmer for another 20 minutes.
Add Salt to taste. then lastly add Bokchoy.
Plate and Garnish with Spring Onions.
